Why I Created Man Greens

Man Greens review

If you don’t know what Man Greens is, it’s the supplement I created under the brand, MITA Nutra. It’s the first product of my first real company that I’ve built (and am still building).

Man Greens was essentially made out of necessity.

I loved the idea of a greens supplement, but couldn’t find one that had clinically effective doses.

And I don’t even mean clinically effective doses of the best ingredients. I simply mean clinically effective doses.

What Are Clinically Effective Doses?

For an ingredient to have an effect and impact on your health, it’s required to have a certain amount in a serving.

Let’s use spirulina, as an example. Spirulina is extremely nutritiously dense. It’s just packed full of vitamins that help improve health and energy levels, but 5 grams is required to have a benefit.

The supplements companies I found – yes, even those big ones like Athletic Greens and Organifi – used proprietary blends to hide their doses.

It’s an industry trick that’s technically legal. All you need to do is have a ‘blend’ of ingredients, and you only have to disclose the entire amount of the blend, not the actual ingredients in it.

So a blend may include spirulina, ashwagandha, tongkat ali, moringa, etc… and have a total of 5 grams. However, that makes it impossible for the blend to have 5 grams of spirulina, which is the dose required for spirulina to ‘work’.

Most companies use this because they can include small doses of the good ingredients, but include them on their label.

They create a perceived quality that’s fraud in my eyes, but it’s an industry standard practice to keep margins low low and profits high.

Knowing that an ingredient requires an effective dose, and unable to find a greens powder that had that, I started doing research to create my own.

Man Greens: Improve Health and Hormones

When I started learning more about this ridiculous industry practice of including small doses of the good (but expensive to produce) ingredients, I set out to make my own. Starting from scratch I dove into research as to what ingredients I’d include in my greens supplement.

Quickly, I realized that if a greens supplement does have clinically effective doses, it’ll only have 9 or maybe 10 ingredients in it, at the most. Including full doses makes the serving size massive, so you have to choose only the best ingredients.

Wheat grass, for example, is pretty popular, but it’s not nearly as nutritiously dense as spirulina or moringa.

So I chose spirulina and moringa.

I did this over and over again trying to find the best ingredients to create a certain benefit, like improved health, improved energy, and finally I wanted to create a supplement that increased male testosterone levels as well.

There’s actually a lot of research behind many of the ingredients that supposedly increase male testosterone levels.

Almost none of them do anything, except for a few. Namely tongkat ali, which increases testosterone via stimulating the luteinizing hormone. Forskolin which increases androgen receptors in the body. And things like ashwagandha that lowers cortisol, and though it doesn’t directly increase testosterone, it creates an atmosphere where testosterone can thrive.

And why do many men want to increase their testosterone levels? To boost libido, and maca – though it doesn’t increase testosterone – does improve libido in both men and women.

So, I chose the 9 best ingredients. Included them in their full doses. And what came to be was Man Greens.

Not only does it support your health and hormones, but it helps improve circulation which can lower blood pressure and improve erection quality, it reduces stress hormones, improves mood, and increases energy.

It’s such a great supplement for men and our reviews are showing that.
